Prinsiri Public Company Limited would like to inform that Mr.Surabhon Kwunchaithunya, the Company's Director,the Independent Director andthe Audit Committee Director,has resigned from his directorship effective since October 16,2009.Due to he has the other assignments that might not have enough time to devote as a Director for the company. The Board of Directors willappoint the replacement directors.
