Attention: Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Pursuant to the Board of Directors' Minutes No. 1/2553 , held on 8th February 2010 which Prinsiri Public Company Limited has notify the resolution to The Stock Exchange of Thailand. We would like to inform the amendment of the record date for the Annual General shareholders'Meeting as follow;

Current Phrase "The names of shareholders listed for the right to attending the Annual General shareholders' Meeting and to receive the cash dividend and share dividend to be announced on Monday 1st March 2010 and,by the section 225 in Securities and Exchange Act, the names of shareholders will be compiled by closing the shareholders register book on Tuesday 2nd March 2010"

Amendment Phrase "The names of shareholders listed for the right to attending the Annual General shareholders' Meeting and to receive the cash dividend and share dividend to be announced on Tuesday 2nd March 2010 and, by the section 225 in Securities and Exchange Act,the names of shareholders will be compiled by closing the shareholders register book on Wednesday 3rd March 2010"
