Subject : Clarification of the News :The expecting income of Q1/2010

TO : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Due to the news on website "e-finance" on February 26,2010 ,which said Prinsiri PLC. expected the income of the first quarter of the year 2010 should reach 1,000 million baht. The company would like to clarify that the news from the website is the roughly estimation.

Therefore after the financial statement of the first quarter of the year 2010 will be approved , the company will inform the approval financial statement to the investors and the President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
