Prinsiri Public Company Limited would like to inform that Mr. Chaiwat Kovitchindachai,the Company's Director and Mr.Sakol Pao-in,the Company's Director,has resigned from their directorships effective since 31st January 2011. Therefore the Board of Directors will appoint the replacement directors soon.
